This is the best book and source of useful information on earthbag building I have ever found. Basically, if you read this book you can build a house of your own! It is so detailed and filled with drawings and photos. I definitely recommend you picking it up above all others.
You can take workshops all over the world for earthbag building, but one of the best places to learn is Cal-Earth, The Institute of Earth Art and Architecture.
